May 14th: Get’er done!

life balance

Two assignments done, reading (kinda) done, still running and still blogging.  Week one of balancing everything is almost under my belt…  Only got 5 more to go!  LOL

Today (and always) I’m grateful for my mom’s commitment to taking care of my furry children when I’m gone all day.  I can tell they miss me terribly because they whimper when I get home. 😦  Poor babies.  At least I know they’re being well taken care of and aren’t spending too much time alone.

April 27th: Super Pup to the rescue!

We were invited to attend my friend Rosemary’s birthday party on Sunday and COULDN’T pass up the theme…  Super Heroes.  I mean, come on people!  What other 32 year old woman do YOU know wants a super hero-themed birthday party complete with costumes and games?
Dogs were welcome so even Casey’s dog, Riley, got in on the action…  Here he was driving us to the party in his little blue cape. 😉

April 3rd: Reunited and it feels so good….

I’m happy to say that both of my doggies are with me once again.  My older dog, Charlie (in the back), spent a few months living with my mom but has been returned to me for good.

He and Max are so happy to be together again that they don’t stop playing and wrestling all day.  My little Charlie Brown has been with me for 8 years through thick and thin.  So happy to have him home.  xoxox

January 5th: Max

Max is my little Yorkie-Poo.  He is sweet, attentive, affectionate and thinks that I’m the best dog-mommy ever.  He’s great at cuddling, always listens when I need someone to hear me out and is extremely excited to see me (even if I’ve only been gone for half an hour on a run).  He’s been my little shadow today and I love him ❤
